On Thursday morning, we saw a possible break in the weather. The forecast was clear and relatively warm for Saturday and questionable after that. We decided that we will leave on Saturday morning regardless of the future forecasts. Our uncle and the cousins thought it was a bad idea. They suggested we wait another week. But, we just couldn't wait any longer. After a few minutes, they realized we have made our minds and there was no point on insisting. The eldest, Murat even offered to ride with us for the first 30km on that morning.

In the meanwhile, we got the bikes ready for the trip and we even managed to go on a joy ride around Elsenfeld with the cousins. The countdown has officially begun...
